What's the best breakfast to improve metabolism/health?
I'm a breakfast-skipper. Hence why I probably feel deathly ill around 11 or 12 and quite sluggish.
Any recommendations on what kind of breakfast I should start eating to slowly get me into the habit of eating multiple meals throughout the day and to improve my health?

Keep it simple and eat a bowl of cereal or oatmeal.

Never skip breakfast. The most important meal. Your body is primed for nourishment after hours of sleep.

You probably don't eat breakfast cuz u don't want to wake up 15 minutes earlier for a bowl of cereal or whatever.
So just grab a good protein bar and be on your way. Find a good one though, because many are loaded with carbs.

first thing you put in your body should be 500ml of warm(room temp is fine, not hottish) water with a half lemon squeezed inside.
cleans your liver and kidneys and kickstarts your metabolism.

On the contrary you want carbs in the morning. That's your source of fuel for the day
Izzo is right, start with water. Also a Mutli and some fish oil would help
The ideal would probably be:
- Steel cut oats
- Some fruit of your choice to flavor, phytonutrients, and quick burning fuel
- Add flax, chia, or quinoa for essential fats (or good old fashion flax oil)
- Side of greek yogurt

OP, try an apple instead of skipping. Supposedly it wakes you up more than coffee.

I eat overnight oatmeal.
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup 0% fat Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop protein powder
Sliced banana
I put it into a Kilner Jar and shake it until all the ingredients are mixed.
I then add stuff depending on what I flavor I want. I had Blossom honey and grated stem ginger this morning. Tomorrow I've got raw cocao powder ( Raw Chocolate) and sliced up red cherries.
The best thing about this recipe is I do it the night before, it stays cold for about an hour once it's removed from the fridge. Today I ate mine on my way to work.

Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: nothing
Dinner: Nothing
4th Meal: Raw Meat + some cooked Kale.

Are these in General for living a healthy life, or People working out / in Fitness, trying to GAIN or lose weight?
Or both because its simply healthy?
