Default Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant's Work Ethic

When Michael Jordan was still playing basketball, he worked very hard. He had a phenomenal work ethic. He was constantly trying to improve.

Kobe also has a very extreme work ethic. He works tirelessly during the off-season.

I hear these types of statements alot. But, they seem a little ambiguous. I mean, when people talk about how hard they work, they do not elaborate or be more specific.

What are examples of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant working very hard?

For Kobe, there is his 666 program he has during the off-season. It would be at 6 in the morning, 6 hours a day, and 6 days a week.

For Jordan, he would practice hundreds of juimpshots during the off-season.

That is all I got for both of them. What else is there? Does anyone have any idea on what else they do, or can you elaborate on what they already do?

Jordan also had "the breakfast club". which i believe was him, Pippen, and Harper going through a pretty tough workout every morning (even on the road). he said those were tougher than the games.

Do you know what this "breakfast club" workout consisted of? Wow...they were tougher than games? How can that be?

Do you think if we started a breakfast club on ISH we could be billionaires?
