Only places you'll see me in the casino is the bar, blackjack tables, or playing some roulette. I don't even bother with slots. They're a waste of time and money. As someone said about roulette earlier in this thread, play small.
Play 1-2 or 2-5 NLHE. Trust me there will be tons and tons of fish and if you run +/even and play TAG you will make money. If you are properly rolled for 5-10 there are plenty o fish.
Craps is f*cking sweet too but I try and avoid pit games.
Just got back from Vegas man, holy shiiit is that city dead money....after the WSOP, everyone just fled the city, man....if you ever go though, make sure to hit up trash talking tuesdays at the Hard Rock...2-5 with a mississipi straddle on the button between 10-100...slow rolling is encouraged, trash talk all night...2-7 gets paid 10 from each player if it takes down a hand...its a really good action game
im not a huge gambler, but the one time I went, I really fukced up.
i was just on the slots chillin, and suddenly i hit the mega super duper jackpot... but I was only playing a quarter each time... supposedly to be eligible for the jackpot you have to play 3 quarters. my non gambling ass had no idea..
Went last night and made $90 off 5 bucks in slots.
Took home $120 off 5 about a month and a half ago after giving a game ball I got at a minor league game to a mentally handicapped person. Figured it was because of the kharma for a random act of kindness.
Yesterday morning helped an elderly lady who clearly was not all there 100% mentally load some boxes in her car at the grocery store.
Figured I would see if that kharma was still good, and oh yes, it still was. $200 profit because I've done random acts of kindness. Man, if I ever rescue someone from a burning car/building I am immediately buying a lottery ticket.
Not a ranking guy eh? Were you in Vegas or just in a Casino?
Just a random new casino (Indiana Live if anyone's interested)that opened in my neck of the woods. Aside from the poker room which was outstanding compared to what was previously available, pretty disappointed. Betting live horses was a lot of fun though, even if it was just a gimmick.
