He was merely born with an unusual physical handicap which he eventually adapted and even thrived under. He's use to having only one full developed arm, and given his adaptive abilities he was able to overcome that handicap.

btw, his wingspan would be at least 1 1/2 " longer if his left arm was full

Amador Valley is TRASH. I've actually seen this kid play before. i cant see him being very productive while being guarded by kids now his size.

Men if you are a strong believer it may not happen that you will just go to boston the next day and play for the celtics, you could get something else probably better.
