Washington seems to be doing a good job securing that 1st overall pick.

Looks like complete dysfunction over there. Flip seems to have lost them, there highest paid player is giving himself DNP's and arguing with assistant coaches,

Oh well, I can deal with us getting one of Andre Drummond, Anthony Davis, Harrison Barnes, etc. This draft class appears to be hella deep.

Yeah, there's a couple of guys in the draft that I'd really like to have. Wish we had two picks.

I'd add Michael Kidd-Gilchrist to those three. Those 4 would be my top picks for the Raptors.

Good call. Only reason I didn't was because DX had him as the 8th overall prospect/pick. But he seems to have a very high ceiling.

Hopefully we don't draft the Darko.

If everyone declares (not a guarantee) it should be very deep but I don't think it has the superstar potential that draft did. Anthony Davis could be that. But what do I know? I'm no scout, I just watch the games on TV.

Here is a question about Anthony Davis. I've haven't watched him play that much but what makes you think he is going to be a sure thing in the nba? Isn't he kinda of a tweener 3/4 position ? And hes scrawnyas hell ! He looks like another Brandon Wright tbh

Definitely not a tweener. He is very scrawny, you're right, but he plays almost explicitly in the paint. He's a fantastic defender (mostly instinctive at the moment, but he shows that he has an above average IQ already).

Another thing about his scrawniness though, he's also very wide. He has the type of body will make it easy to put on some extra pounds without it effecting his mobility too much.

Nobody can say that he is a sure thing, but at the very least, Davis can become a Tyson Chandler/Marcus Camby type player, and if he can improve his offense, he could be pretty scary in the future.

Physically, I see no difference between him and when Bosh was in GTech. And Bosh was drafted purely on potential because he didn't exactly play that well in his freshman year.

But you're right about Wright as well. I actually thought he'd be a good scorer and player in the NBA. I guess I was wrong there but he didn't get much of a chance with all his injuries. I just think Davis is a far more active player on offense and MILES ahead in terms of athleticism and defense than Wright was.
