Default Lopez, Chalmers & Bill Walker would have been better

I think picking the above would have made a lot more sense. I hope the front office can pick up a 4 or 5 via free agency without breaking up the big 3 (okafor, richardson, wallace).

More than likely what will happen is Charlotte will sign Ajinca to a small contract then ship him back to France (or however that goes) so he can get better. Weaver will get cut. So we essentially wasted 2 picks in that draft. The 20th was a bit of a problem since Toronto screwed us over by getting Hibbert. But the 38th still had CDR, Bill Walker, Jordan, and Ewing Jr. All guys who, though they may have been raw, would have been steals.

Now we have to get someone through a trade or free agency.

Exactly my problem with this draft. We need a big who can play now. We have a starting point guard already. We needed a big at 9 and a backup PG at 20, 38.

from the video I watched on the nba.com Charlotte page I think it is the bobcats intention is to play Ajinca at least a few minutes each game this coming year as that is what they hinted at when the reporters spoke with Brown, and Jordan.
