Looks like we might try to add DeSagana Diop. He'll prob go back to Dallas or maybe Miami.

Oh and Hollinger on the Bobcats:

gdub (ruston, la): Any thoughts on what the Bobcats are thinking; I still see a huge need at center

SportsNation John Hollinger: I have no idea what the Cats are thinking, besides "hey, we haven't messed with Raymond Felton's head for at least a couple months now, we should probably do something about that." I like Augustin, but passing on Lopez was highly questionable.

That would be funny if it weren't true.

It's getting more and more frustrating to see all the deals going down this summer and not one of them invloving the cats. Especially when you see Camby going to the Clippers basically for nothing. I just pray that MJ and company have something big up their sleeves, but I'm losing confidence daily.

Sorry rufus, Bonnell jinxed it in the May article.

Assuming no trades are on the horizon (and I assume there will be some kind of trade between now and October), May needs to get a shot at starting. He can rebound and score in the post, and what do the Bobcats need more than boards and layups?

And we could have signed Tyronn Lue for slightly in excess of 2.5 million (2.5 million being the figure that he just signed for elsewhere)..........................

Well I have full confidence that Mr. Jordan is thinking about nothing other than the Bobcat's success while he's out partying with celebrities at the allstar game.

Anyone see him at the celebrity golf tournament? I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with playing golf, but Jordan holds his putter like a lefty, but putts as a righty. It's really weird.

This is one of those times that I miss Bernie Bickerstaff. At least his efforts in the FO were directed toward bettering the team.

Okafor, meanwhile, continues to be mentioned by chatterers as the restricted free agent most likely to leave his current employer via sign-and-trade. Although new Bobcats coach Larry Brown recently said he hopes Okafor is re-signed -- because he "plays a position that is very hard to find," and he played for Brown on the Olympic team in 2004 -- Charlotte's interest in bringing him back has been questioned since, earlier this month, it offered what sources say was a five-year contract starting at the $5.6 million midlevel exception to DeSagana Diop, who preferred to return to the Dallas Mavericks when the Mavs matched Charlotte's offer.
And we wanted Tyron Lue? Seriously? I wouldn't pay him $2.5 million if I had a gun to my head. He is worthless.

Maybe a deal is in the works with Dallas? Okafor + Wallace for Diop, Stackhouse and someone else? Hahahaha, I kill myself sometimes.

Why have I only seen Lue play when he's had something to contribute? I just checked his stats and sheesh--I could probably do better.
