this has been kind of suggested for a long time. I think it was Johnny Redd Kerr who said it before, not really sure.

The only question I have is if he WAS poisoned, why did they not call it that? Why lie?

Flu, food poisoning, upset stomach...who cares. The bottom line, MJ was sick and his mental toughness carried over to the rest of the team. That mental toughness is what makes Jordan a legend.
