anything off revolver which is maybe the greatest album ever (along with pet sounds)...
I also love 'A Day In The Life' off Sgt. Peppers.
There are 1 or 2 songs I'm not entirely in love with on Revolver but I agree with you. Its prob between Sgt Peppers and Revolver for my favorite Beatles album but i'll almost always go with Revolver.
Hmmm... Tough one, but I'm going to pick one that is a bit outside of the 'mainstream' (at least, as far out as you can get when it comes to The Beatles)...
I glanced through the previous pages and didn't see this posted, shockingly...
The interesting thing about the White Album is that, while incredible, I actually prefer most of the stripped down versions of the songs that were released on Anthology. A bit over-produced for me, perhaps?
Don't get me wrong, most of the Beatles albums are seperated by inches but I've gotta make a distinction. It could prob change daily but Revolver is on top for me with the rest competing for second, third, fourth, etc. Blackbird is prob my favorite Beatles song ever.

Unfortunately, that song is a casualty of learning the guitar for me. It was the first 'finger-picking' song that I ever learned and I sort of played the hell out of it as a youngster.
Then, whenever playing out, people would demand that we play it... Now, I just sort of cringe.
It is a shame, though, because it is a really great song.
In 'A Day In the Life' is such a special song. Lennon and McCartney both wrote major portions of the lyrics with a very unique contrast in style on display. Paul referencing his youth while Lenon wrote about contemporary issues. You have probably the most seamless transition in a song ever after Paul sings 'somebody spoke and i went into the dream'...pure brilliance. Like many other great Beatles songs it's full of subtle and no so subtle references.
I feel like this song really encompasses what they were all about. In my opinion the greatest band ever.
