He did rant, but nothing in particular.

Ernie and Kenny were CLEARLY laughing at him and making jokes throughout the halftime and egging him on like never before.

And then he did the rant. He was also slurring quite clearly.

I don't think so. I did agree with you, but after the game he seemed pretty coherent. Unless that's Charles drunk. He must be drunk all the time then. Sad thing is, that's not out of the realm of possibility.
