    Bone-in skin-on meat has the best flavor. Thighs are the ultimate turkey/chicken cut, whereas breasts are the best for duck/goose.

    Can confirm this. Bone in chicken makes for the best chicken soup, it's so simple too. You can use the bones for chicken stock as well which is used in many different dishes.
