Question Trade Proposal

Anthony Parker (Expiring Contract - 4.55M)
Jason Kapono (5.78M)
2nd Round Pick (2009)?
10.33M

For

Mike Miller (9.1M)
Calvin Booth (Expiring Contract - 1.15M)
10.25M

Your thoughts?

If I was the GM of the Timberwolves, I would jump at this deal. We would improve our offense and increase our depth (scoring options) off the bench. Defense would still be about the same..limited. Plus, at the rate we are going, we could have as many as four or five picks in the 2009 draft or zero picks in the 2009 draft, depending upon how Boston, Utah, and Miami does this year. But at any rate, I would swing the deal.

What would you guys be comfortable with taking from the Lakers for Mike Miller?

Be realistic, no kobe, pau, andrew, derek, ariza

Odom if they were willing. I'd also take Jordan Farmar.

Yeah , Odom would be nice, if we could package in someone, or a pick. Farmar also.
How about Miller, Collins (expirer) and maybe like a 2nd rounder.

Man, I'd rather take my chances on keeping Miller - he's been great in the past, and could just be having a slow start to the season. Bad, yes, but he could, and probably will, come out of his slump at some point.
