Default Durant praises LeBron and Aldridge for leaving

"You could kind of tell once this whole thing started that he was trying to go somewhere else," Durant said. "But in those decisions, man, you've just got to respect the guy for making a decision that was right for him. I know a lot of fans were probably upset in Portland with the decision. But at this point of your life and your career, you've got to focus on you. I said this last year when Mr. James made his decision, it was pretty cool to see a guy do what he wants to do and not worry about what everybody thinks."

why would there be a need for damage control if he leaves?
I don't know if you have noticed but (super)stars get way less blame now for leaving. People like Aldridge should thank lebron. He made players realize that they are the most important piece in the NBA and loyalty is for immature fans only.

AMC will take KD's skinny ass under his wing and it will lead to multiple titles

Yeah...no. If Durant did leave OKC and joined the Warriors, he'd be their best player and AMC would turn into BMC.

this. If durant is fully healthy, he'll be the best player in the league in the coming season or at least tied with lebron.

Idiots on this forum don't understand this but player ranking in NBA is like this:

    1. LeBron/Durant(healthy)

    big gap

    everyone else
