Default OT: I'm starting to work out, any suggestions?

So yeah, I've decided to start body building for the last two days and I look to continue doing so until i'm ripped.

Are there any tips around here I should follow? I know that most of the results you see from your body is what you eat, I ate a ceaser salad today and a tuna sandwich for lunch. How's that?

Please help the noob around here.

Doing some jumping jacks and throwing some cantaloupes in the air for 3 minutes then hopping online searching for new Chris Bosh pix for inspiration doesn't count as body building.




haha naw, in all seriousness, just stick at it. It doesn't matter what you do just stay active and do it often.

Dont eat caesar salad. The fatty-ness (lol) of the dressing defeats the purpose of eating a salad.

im not sure if this is right,cause im no body builder i just like doing me **** my way, i try not to eat carbohydrates all day every day, i eat loads of meat and veg and ive been doing pretty good, but im no expert so i dont know if what im doing is right or if will kill me in 2 years
