Hindsight is 20/20.

We started out trying exactly that, only Mek couldn't even hit an uncontested layup. I think having to chase Diaw and Marion on defense just threw his entire game off kilter.

My biggest thing is he appeared to "give up". It got to where it looked like everything he did or tried to do was half hearted. Letting freaking Skinner block his dunk just topped the evening for him.

Very very disappointed.

I must say I was not impressed with Vincent's decisions last night. He pulled the starters way to early in the first half and he refused to play a bigger lineup while we were getting abused down low. Even without Amare the suns killed us down low. Not sure who that big white oaf was but he made us look terrible.

You can't play a big lineup against the Suns. Felton/Carrol/JRich/Dudley/Wallace that's about as big as you can go against the Suns (w/o Amare) without getting run off the court.

With no Amare, there was no reason for Mek to not dominate the game. I wonder if something is wrong?

they did get run off the court. I think you have to adjust depending on what's happening in the game. Too many layups and offense rebounds to not adjust.
