Going to be 7th different champion in the 21st century this year.

Also, if you go back to the start of the 3 point line era in the NBA, only the Lakers and Texas teams have won titles for the West.

This criteria can change to California teams if either the Warriors or Clippers win the title. Rockets have a chance too.
