for what? A rec league? you arent gonna get recruited at the college level at 5'10" unless you are an absolutely dynamite player. I assume you are a pg? you can definitely get by at 5'10" but you better be a damn good pg and not some undersized wing. Do you have a good dribble?

I'm 5'10", and it's tall enough to play basketball.. Of course, it makes the odds of being really good, a whole lot more difficult, especially if you are not incredibly skilled, athletic, and have high basketball smarts.

If you're banking on having a good shot at the NBA, THINK AGAIN. You have to be very exceptional just to play backup on a poor college team.
