This guy has been spouting off against the department since he was forced to retire because of a shoulder injury. But his tweets over 2 months ago during the Freddie Gray incident brought him into the spotlight.
If things were so bad, why didn't quit or at least bring attention to them when he had a job? Smells like vindictiveness to me.
