i think the Warriors could have sent J-Rich for Gerald Wallace... which in this case... > Brandan Wright... plus he'll do great in Goldenstate... a guy who is able to play D and run... plus the ability to throw down alley-opps... he doesn't need to shoot... Stephen Jackson, Monta Ellis, Al Harrington, Baron Davis, Matt Barnes and literally the rest of the roster will take care of it...

nobody cut Kobe any slack on defense while his lateral movement was obviously effected by the knee surgery... so yeah

And the major issue is....Jordan doesnt know about J-Rich's knees and whether he will get it back...So why take the chance???

J-Rich is at the VERY BEST a good 2. Brandan Wright is a legit big man who can run the floor. perfect fit for the Warriors run-and-gun style of play. He will be great.

Great trade for the Warriors.

mullin can only do right thing by getting rid of hefty contracts in order to free up some cap, something he has been doing efficiently since taking over. he is cleaning up the mess gary st. jean left when that guy gave all their players huge contracts for unexplainable reasons. i think he is doing a great job by even orchestrating trades despite the huge contracts attached to former crappy warriors (edamp, tmurph, dunleavy, etc.) j-rich was loved by the fans but i would blame adonal foyle's huge, unwanted contract for forcing j-rich out of the rotation.

great trade for the warriors. j-rich for a lottery, and ellis has blossomed to step up. plus now they have money to work with for future acquisitions.

Brandon Wright is going to be one hell of a player in this league in my own opinion. He's going to get looks at the 3 and 4 position.
