I wish the Lakers would take a look at Rudy Gay and try to snatch him from the Spurs.

After his achilles tear, dude has been a legit team player and really efficient. Willingness to play under Pop says a lot about him now, very different from the player that would jack up shots and ban stat sheets in the locker room.

If I were the Lakers, I would target: Rudy Gay, Redick, McGee

AD plays off of another big really well and it would be good to have McGee who has been extremely efficient.

Redick at PG makes sense since you have Lebron and AD on the court to make plays. Redick has been trusted to run point at times in Philly running alongside Simmons.

Rudy Gay is kinda like a KD-lite right now. He's got a sweet jumper and has been extremely efficient playing under Pop since his achilles tear.
