A buddy and his fiance came back from Vegas and said its pretty tight. I know we got some travelers and gamblers here. Curious if you tried the place out especially the casino.
I had a friend stay there as well and said it was pretty legit. They aren't big gamblers, but enjoyed the gambling experience there. I think the nightclub there is Haze they said (not entirely sure), but also gave a positive review of that. Good vibes all around.
Didn't stay there but played cards...the place is beautiful, looks like a futuristic city straight out of a science fiction B movie. Slick grey metals everywhere, monorails with hot robotic chick announcing the various stops, etc.
I ate at the buffet there which was ok but didn't impress me much...it doesn't touch the Wynn or the Bellagio....As far as the poker room goes, very comfortable and slick design but the action is so so, there's also a section called Ivey's Room but i doubt if he's there more often than at Bobby's Room at the bellagio, they're just banking off his name...

Yeah AC is one of my favourite spots despite the funky smell.....the borgata is the nicest poker room I've ever been to, really soft players, huge table selections, all kinds of stakes, every waitress's got a huge rack....i always go there on american thanksgiving weekend...plus Borgata has a mean nightclub on monday nights but i forgot the name....
the Taj is cool in an old school kind of way. Lots of old time grinders but at least u can eat at the table, the fish n chips is effin good.

I'm going to Miami in September, now that they changed the max buy-in from 100 to uncapped, supposed to be poker's best kept secret, all these old limit poker players are about to ship me their stacks....

Nah man, a Montreal kid through and through even though I love it on the west coast , I can see myself living in the States eventually, fell in love with San Diego... but my business keeps me tied down over here. Right now you guys kick me out if I try staying longer than six months anyways lol
