A working mom can do only so much. I'd bet 10 dollars to get a buck this kid has no father figure, which is probably why he's doing that sh!t in the first place.

Baltimore has lingering, stagnant, repulsive problems that have never improved in forever it seems.
Exposing the crap, corrupted infrastructure in that town and all the pieces of shit ghetto roaches and undereducated maggots that take over can only improve the efforts in the future.
Not a fan of this city. It has some really great places to hang out and get a unique taste but the majority of it is a trashy ruffian-infested wound

probably right. but honestly there is a lot said for the individual and the decisions they make in life to be who they are. there are many single parents who work 9-5 that raised their kid right, or the kid just made good decisions and didn't fall into the negatives which is a lot easier in the city.
you just can't always blame parents for every bad decision kids make, shortcuts in life they take, etc. its easy to rob, steal, deal dope, etc. and fast money with nice things. its much harder with much less short term rewards to study and go to college. its like its easy to get caught up in having fun drinking, doing drugs, etc. people like to have fun, live large and easy, etc. its their choice to take those roads in life, even if the parent has nurtured them well.
