Is there a limit to the bans a user can have?

I received my second ban on this forum a few days ago, for reasons I do not understand.

Is there a limit to how many times you can be banned? Like 3 strikes and your are permanently banned or something like that? I don't want to lose my account.

he will sometimes. he perma'd my Railgun account. he's never perma'd this one though i've been banned like 30 times
