Default Why, exactly, was Brook Lopez "an All-Star" snub?

He's simpy not a very good basketball player. Horford, who should have been an All-Star over him, once again badly outplays him, like he always does when he matches up against him. There's 3-4 centers in the East I'd take over him with no hesitation.

Hawks are a run n gun team when Horford is at C. Brook simply can't keep up.

He's nearly a Bargnani-esque rebounder and a below average defensive player. He can score, but so can lots of NBA players, who cares.

BTW his defense has stepped up this year, one of the reasons he made it to the all-star

Yeah, those words don't really have anything to do with each other.
