Uh dude name me five players in the world that can guard Kobe or AI...very few can do it by themselves..he's not as bad an athlete as you think..plus athletisicm isn't everything anyway..Sometimes tremendous basketball IQ can make up for that..and IMO Gansey has the brightest ( or as good ) basketball IQ of anyone in the draft
I would do Gansey over Ray and Gansey and White are a split. Two completely opposite players and it depends on the system. I would want Gansey on my fav team the Bobcats over White but I would rather have White if I am the Sun's GM. I would take Redick over Gansey easy and Foye (the next AI) over Gansey as well.
Well I was born in CT and love UConn. I reside in Charlotte now and will be a junior in High School next year and when the local Charlotte team drafted my favorite college player (Okafor) you could see why the Bobcats might appeal to me.
Amazing..I watched the first half but fell asleep cuz i had to get up for school the next morning...when i woke up n saw it on espnews i was like What?!..
I kinda feel sorry for the dude because when he is passive and doesnt wanna showboat (like the Dallas game when he had 62-didnt play 4th) the media downs him for not taking over more n not trying to chase history then the man does hit the record books by dropping 81 and they down him for being way to selfish..
But anyone who can score 81 in a game has to be considered in the best of all time..but what horrible defense by the Raps..
There are a lot of good PG's in the draft (M. Williams, R. Rondo, K. Lowry, S. Rodriguez, D. Washington Jr.) but most of those guys will be gone by the Lakes pick. I think they should try to trade up for M. Williams, R. Rondo, or S. Rodriguez, if there are no takers than draft Washington Jr. I think he is underrated and would be a steal at 26. He is young and has much more talent than most think he was a high school all-american and can score at will. I don't think Jordan Farmar is the answer though (in my opinion he blows). I watched a little of the Orlando camp on ESPN U (direct tv is great) and Farmar looked average with the rest of the late second rounders. Washinton Jr. looked like a superb athletes who was playing those fools at the playground. They would be wise to take Darius or trade up.
Yea I watched a little of that on ESPNU as well (dish network just as good ) and Washington looked like the best player on the floor..but i dunno if i want him in l.a...he couldnt start right now anyway..
