Not all records. The NBA could die before some records break. Even if these records get broken, the NBA won't last forever which means inherently each record will become permanently sealed at some point.

Absolutely no chance. Most unbreakable NBA career record.

Wilt's career rebounds. Nobody's come within 7000 since Kareem retired.

If Magic had not been forced to retire, it would have been his record by a mile.

Also, minutes played per game will be really hard to beat.

    Wilt: 45.8

AI is the last person to average over 40 (41.1). Only 5 players in history have averaged 40 or more minutes. Extremely hard to beat.

It#s possible because Player come in younger than John did. but you have to be a top 5 passer of alltime and Play in a System that allows you to get 10-15 assists every year, which is highly unlikeable how the game is played today (more sharing, more ballmovement, playmaking at every Position)

He could have done it, but lets say he played the 4 years he sat between his 1st retirement and his return for the 95-96 season while averaging 900 assists per year. That would give him 4500 on top of his 14641, and still 1165 away from Kidd. Magic never had the insane health that Stockton had, even before HIV, so who knows what his longevity would have been. If he played at a high level without significant injury until 40, then yes, he would have had it by a mile, but we don't know that would have happened, so we can't act like being forced to retire due to HIV is the only thing that stopped him.

John Wall could get up there depending on his longevity.
