Why in the hell is the Lakers/Clippers game the last game on Christmas day?
Shouldn't it be the Cavs at Warriors since that game is on the westcoast too? And Futhermore why is the Cavs Game the 3rd game on the schedule?
Who the hell arranged this christmas day schedule? The sh*t makes no sense

A god awful time for the reigning champs. Apparently they don't expect anyone on the East Coast to watch the final game of the night.

If it were actually about basketball, you'd be correct. The Lakers are all but unwatchable from a basketball standpoint on most nights. However, I think you're being naive.
The television business is about selling advertising. On most days, content matters less than a show's ability to sell advertising.
The NBA is serious about making maximum money from their TV contracts.
It has less to do with actual basketball if you dig below the surface.
