What should I do?
So last Tuesday at work the guy that was parked beside me hit my car as he was leaving. Cut his wheel to soon and the front passenger side tire , bumper and fender flare on his truck hit my rear door. The jerk just left, okay maybe, just maybe he didn't feel it hit. But the next day when I asked him about it, even pointed out that the dent and marks match up perfectly he straight up denies it. Work says they are not responsible for it, he says it wasn't him so I'm eating the deductible to get it fixed.
What would you do in this case, retaliate and do damage to his truck, ignore him from here out , what ?
At least he would be lying to them too, not just me.

Look into seeing if there are cameras in the parking lot.
Take pictures of both of the damages. Record yourself confronting him about it. Then bring all that evidence with you to the police and report it.
What a piece of sh1t
Edit: it might be too late to go to the police. You gotta do this sh1t right away. You might just have to destroy his truck with a bat.

Get the police involved. If everything matches up you should be fine. May even consider it a hit and run.

This.
Do it before the guy fixes the damage on his own car that matches up. Take pictures of the damage actually on both cars if you haven't already.
