Outside of Boston, Toronto and Philly, I can't say any other team in the East would have a legit shot of making the playoffs in the West. Maybe Indiana.

On the flip side, if Memphis and Philly swapped places, I could see a healthy Memphis getting a top four seed in the East, while, they might be the 12th seed out West.
