Re: East Coasters
Been really cold. Supposed to feel like - 10 here tomorrow or Friday with the wind.
I went out to the bars last weekend and it was bone-cutting type cold and wind. Lmao can't wait for a great Spring.

I ended up taking an Uber 5 blocks from my apartment to the bar because of the cold. I just tipped the guy a $10 because I felt like a dick but it was so damn cold.

Love dc but if I moved for weather it would be to nola, austin,sf,or seattle
My brother is moving to Seattle, he lived there for a few years.. He loves it
I used to live in Monterey Ca. was up there for 10 years.. perfect weather year round, foggy in the morns and late afternoons, blue skies the rest of the time, good amount of rain in the winter but it rarely gets blow 45 degrees, beautiful country beautiful coastline but it's boring as hell and not a place to run a racing business from...
When I moved back to So Cal it was during the summer, leave Monterey with the U haul and dog at 8 in the morning it's 65 and a bit foggy, arrive in LA 7 hours later start unloading, it's a 105+ degrees... I was having serious questions about my sanity

Re: East Coasters
Cold weather is not that big of a deal if you dress properly.
It has it's advantages. You can go out to places (restaurants, stores, entertainment....) and not have to wait long periods of time, because most people are at home.

Worst winter of my lifetime. And ironically, up until late January it was a very mild winter. Its just the past month that we've been pounded incessantly. Oh well, in 2 months the sun will be back.

The past 2 winters have been absolutely awful. It hasn't been so bad here in Indy this year except for the past couple weeks, but last winter was brutal. Easily the worst I've seen in my lifetime.
-25 wind chill tomorrow though.. the 4-block walk to my building should be super fun :|
