So far out of all the teams rumored with Amare the Warriors are the obvious best fit for him. The problem lays with what they have to offer though. They have an abundance of shooting guards and small forwards. Will the Suns want anything the Warriors have to offer?

i dont see how trading beidrins for amare smart for us(warriors) i know the other warrior fans are all for it(3.2.1 and BBall4life) but imo that makes us no better think about it what do we need to make our team better rebounding and defense what are the 2 biggest knocks on amare?exactly

Rebounding
Beidrins>Amare
Defense
Beidrins>Amare

amare turns the ball over 3 times a game beidrins 2

beidrins 1.8 block per game amare 1

however with saying all that iam not completly apposed to getting amare just beidrins is un touchable and with beidrins and amare on the same team it can only hide amares faults and make him better he doesnt have to worry about getting so many rebounds and he wont have to always gaurd centers same thing if we go after bosh which i hear they are after too

I think Biedrins is the better rebounder but defensively I dont see him being that much better. Turief is a lot better than him defensively imo.

The Warriors could develop into a championship contender if they kept Biedrins while getting Amare. I think those two would be a great fit together and if you could have Crawford/Marco B/Sjax on the perimeter...Top 4 team in the west with the potential to be contenders next season IMO

Suns would be happy with

Ellis/Maggs/Randolph/Wright/1st rounder for Amare/Barnes/Dragic

Would Warriors fans do that?

as much as the do not want to move Ellis, I think at this point I would do that for Amare... assuming that we can re-sign him to a long term deal with the cap space we open by trading Ellis and maggette...

i am only for giving up Biedrins if we can sign Amare long term, I mean why would we give up Biedrins, maggette, randolph, and our first from next yr (top 10) if we're only going to get amare for a half a season which is pointless since we're out of it and then next yr which is basically just one yr. Biedrins contract runs for the next 6 seasons.
