Foye has been crap and I am willing to get rid of him. Hill has been playing horribly too, but don't know if its worth dropping him. There is a decent list of free agents, but don't know if I should go small or big. Nazr Mohammed (starting rest of season), Chris Webber (starting rest of season), TJ Ford (back from injury), Damon Stoudamire, Andrew Bynum, Devin Harris.
I think you've got to take your current standing with a grain of salt. There was no way for you to win over the last two weeks with Kaman, Melo, Butler and Hill missing significant time, coupled with weak games from Foye, Bibby and Kobe (relative to what we can usually get from them).
I think you need to drop Foye for Ford first. He will give you the assists you need over the next two months, after getting back in to game shape over the next two weeks. A combo of guard play from Deron, Kobe, Rip, Bibby and Ford will be stellar for the rest of the way IMO.
You've got a lot of tweeners when it comes to the sf cat. Melo, Caron, Granger and Hill (to a more minor extent) do many of the same things for you. Of those, Melo might be the man to deal, as other owners are always in love with his scoring ability, and he tends to be the least dimensional of the three in terms of Caron, Granger and Melo. If you think you can get by without Melo's points and boards from the forward spot, I think you wait a week or two when his injury is healed and deal him for a guy who fills the cat/cats you are needing the most right now.
Your PFs do nice things, as West has emerged as a beast and Horford keeps quietly scoring you a double-double each night. While they do great things for you, this may be the cat (along with C) that you need to beef up in.
Although the return of Brand means Kaman will eventually lose value, he remains a decent option for now. Making a plan now for Brand's return next month may be a great longterm move.
Jamison might be a nice target for you as you can use his boards and threes, and you can probably get him for Melo straight up. Maybe you want to look into getting Al Jefferson or Duncan for Kaman, or at least get Chandler and someone else for him.
What cats are you winning/losing?
