Assists will probably be the biggest problem. Rondo and Sessions are really the only two that can dish out the ball. But both are capable of putting up big assists numbers on any given night.
Blocks I don't think will be a huge problem. Cousins, Ibaka, Wallace, and Darko can all block shots. I might replace Wallace as you said, but I'm not sure who to replace him with. He will probably average about 9 boards again this season, and 1+blocks.
Three's really shouldn't be a problem. Ben Gordon, Austin Daye, Corey Maggette, Michael Beasley are all capable three point shooters. Daye is one of my sleeper picks. It looks like he will get to start at the four this season, and he is a very good three point shooter.
What would you suggest I tank? (I'm new to this, so I am learning on the fly).

Many problems with this team. You are horrible in Points, 3s, FT% and assists. Even steals and blocks are pretty bad. Only good thing is rebounding and FG%.
