Yup, most of my friends are fans of Young Money. Personally I can't stand any of them but Drake and so when I bump Blueprint and Life After Death I get called Grandad. There are a few songs by dumb rappers that I'll listen to (Guwop by Gucci and Trinidad James for example) but I prefer rappers who aren't carried by the beats

I didn't specifically say Gucci gets carried by beats. He's smart from a business sense but as a person he's dumb AF. He can just about speak English. I don't like Wayne because all it is is swag, eating ***** and drugs. I don't like Nicki because she's annoying. Drake's an emotional girl but he can still rap good. Who do you like?

I listen to him because I think he's still a good rapper despite that. I doubt there are 100s of good rappers, but if there are the vast majority are the underground type which I don't care to listen to.

I've always said the basic formula for figuring out who's hit "mad" status in a thread, is to look at everyones # of posts for said thread.

The formula is: If the poster with the most posts in a thread (Poster A) has equal to or greater than two times the posts of the poster with the second most posts in said thread, poster A has officially hit "mad" status.

It applied for Old School in the VMA's thread, Pauk in the All-Star Game block thread etc. Go back and look at some of the past "mad" threads and you'll see the formula holds up. Let's see what the verdict is.
