if curry played as much d as mj did, at the level mj did, curry won't be as efficient and as good. being a two way player is tiring, and takes away from your offensive game and vice versa. that is what separates two way players from one way players. if you play basketball you know how difficult it is to play both defense and offense at a high level throughout a game. curry doesn't play d, and is usually hidden on defense. it doesn't take away that he is unstoppable force on offense. It's just he wouldn't be the same if he was a good defensive player. which he is not.
