Default 5'3 in High School JV Team?

What do you guys think of a 5'3 Point guard in a JV high school team? U think the coach would start or play me off the bench if I was good.

instead of posting on a basketball forum asking people who know nothing about you, if your coach is gonna start you...get outside and work on your game, just my opinion....again just my opinion.

i agree with Stelfair man, who cares, you have to play good anyways so it doesnt really matter. if you're good you'll play, if you suck, it doesnt matter how tall you are.

The only thing to worry about on the HS level is the politics. If you get past that, no matter how short you are, you should be able to get some burn if you can play. You just have to be that much better than the taller players, though.

It depends on how good your team is and if there are better guards than you. obviously if there is a better guard than you he will start over you.

I wouldn't worry about your height, but what I would worry about is the amount of time I'm spending working on my game. I'm kinda sure you'll make the team though.
