"Early this morning, through my agents, I reached a preliminary agreement with the Toronto Raptors. I want to thank Bryan Colangelo, Maurizio Gherardini, Sam Mitchell and all of the Raptors family for the confidence that they have placed in me. I am sure that together we are going to achieve big things in the future."

If this is more 10 million or more per season, we made a mistake flipping Ford instead of Calderon, especially when Calderon could have fetched more value.

Spanish press says it's a deal, 40M for 5 seasons.

That's 8M a year, exactly what Ford earned. I think Calderon could have got a bit better offer, but he chose staying wht the Raptors.

Congrats to him and to us, I think.

Ford will never be the PG of a title contender. He will be fine in Indiana. And we will have a chance now.

Ukic was not being outstanding in Europe, but people say that he will be a better player in the NBA.
