IMO most people would prefer Earl to Curtis just because he was much more fun to watch...if Earl runs for 5 yards he did it bulldozing someone over, I Curtis runs for 5 yards he just did a simple juke and fell down, boring...but both runs produced the same result.

Terry Allen, Earnest Byner, Clinton Portis, Ricky Williams, Eddie George, Thomas Jones and Warrick Dunn all had better careers than Terrell Davis, so would you say they're all better than Terrell Davis?

I guess if you are ranking by careers you have to...

but Davis is an NFL MVP and SB MVP, so IMO his career achievements trump all those listed for the most part for that reason.
