I used to be able to get up there and put down a few. Only a few in game dunks. I put one down last summer when I was in super sick shape driving through traffic in a half court set.

I could maybe dunk a volleyball at this point in time.

nah you don't need to do that, it'll be clear there's no editing involved if there's no cut in the video..

6' even and I weigh 185 at the moment although my weight tends to fluctuate big time.

as low as 160 up to 190. my normal walking around weight is 172.

damn, i'm a little under 5'10 and really fat at 190 right now. can only touch rim.. i'm aiming to throw one down by next spring..

not sure, never measured it that way. all of my dunks just happened naturally without me thinking about it. i don't think i ever threw down while consciously trying.

Seems like not many ISHiots show much interest in this, I suppose it is a hard competition to do, seeing as lots of ISHiots arent in shape...

And half/echo, seems like an interesting idea you guys are doing.
