I'm not, like, vehemently disagreeing with you or anything like that, but I think that Ray Allen matches up horribley with him since he's basically just a jumpshooter off screens at this point, so he's going to have trouble with long and fast guys like Rip. The more aggressive slashing shooting guards should be able to score a lot easier on him since he weighs like 185 pounds or something. Like, I'd think that as tough a defender as he is for Ray Allen, he'd be one of the easier guys for Dwyane Wade or maybe Kobe to play against, since they're a lot stronger than him.

Problem is, a sign and trade (Boozer for Hamilton + 1st rounder) would make Detroit that much more flexible to steal away Memo and/or Millsap.
man Rip + Deron would give the Lakers some trouble, would be a good trade for the Jazz

I would really like that backcourt. Hamilton would be in paradise coming off of our screens and shooting Jerry Sloan's plya of choice (midrange jumper of the curl and screen).

But, I am worried about the front court losing the size of Boozer. Millsap/Okur are good, but Millsap is a hard working, undersized pf, and Okur is more of a 4 than a 5.

If we can still rebound well, and keep Okur and Millsap, I'm all for it.

Hamilton isn't half the player he is before. Denver would get killed in the paint without their young center.
