alright so i need some good ball handling drills to help me penetrate and break some ankels

a cross over if done correctly can break some ankles and a double crossover.

Haha 20 dimes a game thats a good idea! But dude, i've got this one move just double crossover get into it a lot just go through a couple times and drive. Then later pull the crossover and take it back through and go the other way. It works a lot.

Seriously, 1st you've got to learn how to dribble with both hands. 2nd study the move before the crossover not the crossover itself. The setup is the most important part

I Need some help on getin my handles up in speed so i am a quicker ballhandler and the d dont know where the ball is going to go.

Yeah... crossover would be good. Check out my webpage for how to do the crossover.. http://www.best-basketball-tips.com/...crossover.html

You can also search on youtube for crossover moves or top ten plays of 2008 or whatever. Something like that.
