The only advantage Kirk has over K-Mart is assist, (but 6 is nothing to go crazy over) K-Mart has the edge in FG% and boards. you can always drop/trade Bell and get that stat...

So Im assuming you are saying the KMart/Bell side is more valuable?

Do you think Kevin Martin alone is equal to Kirk Hinrich?

No, because Kevin Martin is primarily a scorer. Kirk is also a playmaker... and the pg position is harder to fill. It really depends on your team's overall look though...

Then Martin/Bell is a good deal for Hinrich?

You have to post your team if you want such advices! List your waivers at the PG position. Another option is dropping Bell for Jack.

Whoops sorry about that...here it is:

PG:Jason Kidd

SG:Gerald Wallace (not sure why he is default there)

G: Luke Ridnour

SF: Shawn Marion

PF: David West

F: Andrei Kirilenko

FC: Jermaine O'Neal

C: Chris Kaman

Util: Deron Williams

Im going to have plenty of boards, blocks, and steals but need a bit of help on 3's and assists. Im thinking that I can drop G. Wallace down to Utility, bench Deron Williams, and put Kirk Hinrich at SG. I want a player that will give assists and 3's without hurting my FG and FT percentages. The problem I have is that Kidd, Ridnour, and Deron Williams are not SG eligible.

My bench right now consists of:

Raja Bell

Kevin Martin

Speedy Claxton

Tyson Chandler

Eddie Griffin

Waivers at PG position:

Juan Dixon
Randy Foye
Jarrett Jack
Shaun Livingston
Sebastian Telfair
Marcus Williams
Mo Williams

Waivers at SG:

Juan Dixon
Randy Foye
Fred Jones
Anthony Parker
Mickael Pietrus
James Posey
JJ Redick
Q Richardson
Rajon Rondo
JR Smith
Jerry Stackhouse
Marcus Williams

Waive Griffin and pick up Quentin! He's only good for blocking, and you have that covered.

You already have 4 PG adding Kirk would make little sense.

Quentin will give you the boost in 3, and your team should improve in assist in the upcoming weeks with those pg, remember we're early in the season. Raja, has also been off to a slow start. Trading K-Mart would lose the scoring threat at the SG position, so hold off doing any drastic changes.

If I insert Q into the starting lineup will it hurt my assists?

Who should I drop from my lineup to insert him? Deron Williams?

Because if thats the case I could just use Raja Bell or Kevin Martin...

the way deron has been playing, yes i think it would hurt your assists, i think he is going to just get better as the season continues...raja should have SG if luke starts to slip or lose minutes, so your threes wont suffer there...i dont think this trade does as much for you since you are so point guard heavy... i agree i think just wait it out and you will see some improvements from raja, plus if you at Q that will help 3s
