Default Which CURRENT average/subpar player is most likely to become a star?

So out of all the average players in the league which guy is most likely to take that next step and become a legit star/#1 type player?

I think Paul George from Indy has all the physical tools to take his game to the next level. He's big, athletic, can finish, and is developing a nice shot.

Klay Thompson, Marshon Brooks, Nic Batum, Gordon Hayward come to mind.

I think James Harden is most likely. James Harden, Nic Batuum, Rubio, Avery Bradley. Those are the players I think will take a jump next season.

I don't think I've seen any average or subpar players mentioned.

And including rookies...good ones, no less...

Average players don't become "STARS". Welcome to basketball.
