Default R.I.P. Dennis "D.J." Johnson

Sorry if this is in the wrong area. But I figure that we would honor D.J. in the Sonics family. The Celtics and Suns fans can honor D.J. on their board.

Man, when I heard about his passing today, I was stunned. D.J. was my favorite player. I just remember watching my first NBA finals in 1979, and seeing D.J. lock down defenders and scoring at will on people, I was hooked as a fan. RIP, D.J. Thanks for the many great memories.

I feel real bad for him. He seems like he was a great player. I neve really saw him play but what they say sounds real postive and great.

The Sonics are honoring DJ the same night they're honoring spencer haywood

They should have broken it up into separate nights

I agree, the Sonics brass should do something for DJ on a different night.
