Triple Crown mostly refers to stats, the main categories, not opinions.

In baseball, it's batting average, RBIs and HRs. In the NBA, it would be points, rebounds and assists.

lebron is the second best scorer, 3rd best passer, and 4th best perimeter defender

he does not have the crown for any of the categories you mentioned

second best scorer? he is behind kobe, melo, durant.... hell he is even behind guys like steph curry.

third best passer? he is not even top 5 in assists and he dominates the ball all game

I don't know about best at all those. But he is the best at being an overall impactful player. Doesn't really focus on one thing but rather everything.

Sadly kobe is done so he is out of the conversation. He is only slightly behind durant when it comes to scoring. He is on the same level as melo since a case can be made for either for #2.

Only rondo and cp3 are better passers IMO. There are many point guards in the league who if given the opportunity have what it takes to be considered better passers but at this point bron has shown us that he has top tier court vision and pin-point passing accuracy so he does get credit for that. Steve nash at this stage of his career is not a better passer.

Lebron is basically a jack of all trades, master of none. Every category you named there are people that are better in those categories than him. He's an all around player.

These April 2013 posters are something else.

I feel bad for the actual good posters who signed up here in April that are grouped with this guy. We don't need another Pauk.
