been doing poorly so far, can't even tell what the team's strength is. I need some advice; is this team easier to transfer to a Big Ball team or Small Ball team?

Your starting lineup for a 16 team league looks great, although having fewer positions than a standard league probably strengthens others team as well.

There's a real dropoff in talent around Scola, where your team looks great and then plummets to guys like Scola, Mbah, Perkins and Balkman. Your team could really use Stuckey panning out at this point.
Obviously this isnt a team thats going to block well, along with weaker %s. You've got a lot of scorers, threes and steals available, and you'll compete in assists. Boards are decent but not overwhleming. If you could get Boozer for Marion I'd do it, who'll help with scoring, boards and %'s without losing a lot of steals. Maybe you could move Dalembert for Chandler, promising the owner that Dal will bring more blocks, and then upgrade Stuckey to Terry or even Felton.

Just team's selling value is at bottom this moment. Marion and Dally are all performing bad, guess i shall wait for some good games of them first.

now, i am trading Marion and Bibby for Deron Williams.
reasons are
1. My assist can be respectable with Williamd and Miller on the team
2. Bibby is still too inconsist and hard to predict what he can offer any night
3. I watched one Heat game, Marion's role is to stand at 3pt line and watch Wade and Beasley play, I dont think Marion has any more upside than any second rounder.
4. Using a 2nd rounder (Marion) and a 5th rounder (Bibby) to trade for a 1st rounder (D Will) seems pretty good for a 6 slots/day league. I can surely insert 1 elite player rather then consider which mediocre player to play each day.

I think you might be overpaying for Deron, but I understand your reasoning. Its going to be hard for you to make a 2for1 work right now with Artest out with a bad ankle, but Scola is a stronger play if Artest is out for a while, so that probably helps a bit.
Balkman should not be on your roster. Give us a list of some of teh free agents in your league.
Balkman isn't on my team now.
