I read a personally disinteresting nonfiction book and feel drowsy after 20-30 minutes. It gets interesting if you read the same one everyday though. So its imperative to buy a different one when that happens. Strenuous exercise an hour or so before sleep works as well. You can achieve better effect if you combine both. Some people really do have sleep disorders though and need prescription drugs to sleep soundly.
