Damn, why would he risk another season that could result in an injury (needing surgery) when he has a guaranteed top 2 pick in the NBA draft. Who passes up guaranteed millions?
The thing is, players like Oden have insurance policies that are going to pay them out if some major injuries occurs and they canīt play in the NBA. Heīs already a guaranteed millionaire regardless of when he leaves.
That'd be good, he needs time to develop his game, and by game I mean offensive presence. People compare him to Russell and Duncan, but the difference is those guys can score too. So if he develops a strong offensive game, he'll be even better going into the NBA.
Plus it's good for the NCAA, if both he and Durant stay the game will have it's stars back.
