Default Would you rather be 7,9" or 3,9"?

I am 5,9", so both those heights are 2 feet away from my real height. I would rather be 7,9",though because that at least gives me a chance at the NBA and at the very least, pro basketball. Plus, being that tall has more advantages than being ridiculously short as in dwarfism small. Freakishly tall ppl usually have more similar proportions to normal-sized ppl than midgets, and I'll be a giant-sized version of myself than a chibi of myself. What do you guys think?

7'9, I have no interest in being a little person. No offense if we have any little people on the board.

Well it's also much more rare to see somebody who's well over 7 feet than an adult in the mid to low 4 foot range. Who do you think would get stared at more in public? A 7,9" or 3,9" person?

A 7'9 person, it's rude to stare at little people.

I believe life for taller people is far more difficult and they suffer more physical pain, health ailments as well as all-round humiliation caused by the reactions of the general public than smaller people. It can be extremely inconvenient being tall, too; trying to buy clothes/shoes, travelling by plane is almost impossible (depending on your proportions), the list goes on. I suffer from all of these and I am "only" 6"8', but with really long legs. I guess living in Asia doesn't help, either...

I would be 7'9 because there's a possibility that I can make it into the pro basketball. While being 3'9 sitting at home with your mommy.

The guy who plays Minime, but that's probably because he's an actor.

If your 7,9" as long as you even have mediocre athleticism (like Sun Ming Ming) chances are you will be playing pro somewhere in the world just because your sheer size. Your size alone would be an intimidating presence in the paint, and can sell tickets in a circus freak fashion.

Either extremes of height can get you an acting career though.

The only reason Sun Ming Ming is well known is because of the publicity he got from being in Rush Hour 3 even if it was only for 3 minutes at best. The only reason I heard of him was because of that movie.
