What Do You Expect From A Healthy Wade This Year
Since I have been rotfl over the fact that as always, Wade has been placed on the back burner by the media and the fans (after being 3rd in per and winning another ring) I just want to ask dudes what they expect from him this year knowing he has something to prove yet again (how this is possible is amazing, easily the most disrespected star in sports history). Me personally, I think he will have another one of those years where he re places himself in the top 3 category (never fell out of top 5). I expect somewhere around
25.5ppg, 6rpg, 6apg, 2stl, 1.5blk, 51%fg

I forget which thread but I remember Euroleague saying that Vassilis Spanuallis destroys D-Wade @ every facet of the game and was calling everyone who disagrees a racist
Personally I think Wade will do better than last season - as long as he stays injury free he'll be a top SG candidate

Re: What Do You Expect From A Healthy Wade This Year
3rd team all nba
22/5/4
missing 10 games again
how can a guy possibly thrive playing on a team with lebron james the biggest stat hog of all time
then you add shard and ray ray lol... wades career is over
its basically like one of the most tallented/gifted players ever threw away his career to prop up lebron james legacy

I expect a lot of flopping and phantom calls in his favour.

25-27/5-6/5-6/1.1+/1.5+ 2 turnovers 50-52/30-33/80-85 57-59 ts% a little bit less athletic than his 2011 self but improved jumpshot and free throw shooting

Very good NBA starter
Re: What Do You Expect From A Healthy Wade This Year
Eh, there's no guarantee that he'll stay healthy all year and he likely won't given his style of play.

wait... troll? i'm sorry. i didn't know predicting wade to basically do something similar to last year was considered trolling... especially with additions that require offense to be productive..
ok... lebron wins mvp with 28/7/8 ( 1st team all nba )
and wade averages 28/6/5 ( 1st team all nba )
and bosh averages 28/11/2 ( 1st team all nba )
and ray allen averages 28/4/3 ( 1st team all nba )
and rashard lewis averages 28/3/2 ( 1st team all nba )
happy? everyone wins..
but seriously.. this is the most likely case
1st team all nba will be kobe and paul
2nd team all nba will be westbrook and deron
the heat will average
lebron - 28/7/7
wade - 22/6/5
bosh - 19/10/2
ray - 14/3/3
there is no room for 2 guys averaging over 25ppg anymore. especially with lebron who wants closer to 30ppg in order to have an mvp chance

Re: What Do You Expect From A Healthy Wade This Year
If Wade is anything like he was in 08-09, it's over. Lock for the championship. Throw away the key.
If he is anything like last year, expect lots of complaining and not getting back on defense.

Re: What Do You Expect From A Healthy Wade This Year
Expectations are rarely met. Some people actually think he'll put up 26 points as the second option, and Bosh getting his 16-18 per game too? Even if Wade was the team's leading scorer LeBron's scoring will have to drop off to at least 25 to get Wade that high.
Now on to my expectations of Wade 24/6/5/53% back to his #1 SG in the league form, just with a different role. With Wade I just hope he stays healthy. With a 100% Wade, and a 100% Bosh the team is all but guaranteed a title, unless LeBron chokes.
